it's on!

I am back on the wagon, the DIET WAGON that is! I took about a 10 day break and am hoping that I will shock my body back into LOSING!!! I drank my shakes for breakfast and lunch today and had a fruit cup and a piece of chicken for dinner. I didn't get home until after 10 so NO swimming today, but I am going to do laps tomorrow. I am shooting for at least 3 days of swimming! I will let ya know!!

Good luck. I start again on the 14th, I took the past two weeks off. One week for graduation, guests and all and one week to get myself back into the groove.
I've been doing some reading and all to get started again.
Keep up the great work. It'll be great watching your progress again.
