Today I am SO HAPPY to say
I have LOST 50 lbs!!!
I can fit in my wedding dress.
Think I will throw a soiree' and wear it!

Weekly Wrap-up

Happy Friday!!

A few things I have learned...
I can do ANYTHING I put my mind to!
Caffeine SLOWS the weight loss progress
Drinking TONS of WATER does make your skin look GREAT!

As for the DIET...
I swam 3 times this week for 45 mins! yea me!
I have been a bit slack on my water.
I have drank some diet soda  (BAD!!)
Eating very little meat, LOTS of FRESH veggies from MY GARDEN!

it's on!

I am back on the wagon, the DIET WAGON that is! I took about a 10 day break and am hoping that I will shock my body back into LOSING!!! I drank my shakes for breakfast and lunch today and had a fruit cup and a piece of chicken for dinner. I didn't get home until after 10 so NO swimming today, but I am going to do laps tomorrow. I am shooting for at least 3 days of swimming! I will let ya know!!
