I am back and the news is good.
I have maintained my weight!
Gained a few from Turkey Day to New Years but lost it!
NOW.... I am going to FINALLY add the workout.
I know, I know I have mentioned (hum, um) before that I was going to work out.
Well. I am. I have and I like it.
I have more energy and am WAY nicer.
Family likes that.
My goal is a 5K in this Spring.
Going to a Runmotavited Info Class next Tues. I will let you all know how this goes.
IF they do what they say they can do then I will go from no real movement other than chasing Jack thru Target to running in 6 weeks. PERFECT.
Why you ask.
In 7 WEEKS it will have been 1 year since I started my journey to find ME.
The healthy, happy ME.
My Birthday.
It's all about me!

30 DAY SHRED
As well as weigh-in day went, Doc is really wanting me to get in more, well.. any (prefer 20 mins at least 3 x a week) cardio. I am not big on it the tennis was the most I had moved in 2 yrs. Anyhoo, I have heard alot recently about Jillian Michael's 30 DAY SHRED. It is a 20 min workout that has 3 levels and is supposed to show BIG results. It says on the cover "LOSE UP TO 20 POUNDS IN 30 DAYS" . That sounds great to me. We shall see. I am going to give it a try and will let you know. Be back in 20!
It is good, basic moves nothing too complicated. I thought I may possibly die in the first round of cardio! Best part is that it goes by SUPER fast! Workout 1 is the easist which I started with and it has 3 segments that mix cardio, strength & abs.
I am going to do it everyday for the next 30 days and see what happens. If I can do it. Anyone can. I haven't done a thing that would classify as exercise since before mini. Good grief, talk about out of shape!!
